Add Pico Neo 2 Support

How to enable Pico Neo 2 Support:

  1. Install AT+Explore 1.4.5 or later
  2. Install the PICO UnityXR Platform SDK from here https://developer.pico-interactive.com/sdk/index?id=8
  3. Enable PicoXR in the XR Plug-in Management for Android
  4. Select and apply the Pico Neo build template from the Explore Panel
  5. Enjoy the freedom of this awesome platform
